Male breast reduction (gynecomastia) is an intervention that can be performed by liposuction, when it is necessary to remove fat tissue, or by a surgical method, in cases where glandular tissue needs to be removed. A combination of these two methods is also possible.
If a breast reduction is performed by a surgical method, the incision is usually made around the nipples.
The intervention can be done in general or local anesthesia.
The recovery lasts for several days and requires wearing a compression garment in the period of 4 – 6 weeks after the intervention.
Penis enlargement
Penis enlargement in length and volume is done by combining several methods including lipofilling (with own fat tissue) and a surgical procedure that provides a possible extension of 1 – 4 cm.
Increasing the penile girth is often done individually and it involves taking the required amount of fat tissue from the closest region to the penis, and, after special preparation, its injection through cannulas into the subcutaneous tissue. Up to 30% of the injected fat tissue dissolves in time, however, it is possible to repeat the procedure after 4 to 6 months.
Surgical procedure for increasing the penile length implies an incision below the pubic bone and the release of ligaments, thus lowering the penile shaft from the body. The acquired length of this technique depends exclusively on the physiognomy of the patient.
The procedure is performed in general anesthesia and lasts 1 – 2 hours. In the case of the procedure of increasing the penile girth with fat tissue, local anesthesia is also possible.
There is no need for hospitalization, and the recovery lasts 10 to 14 days.
Continuation with sexual intercourse is possible after 4 – 6 weeks.
